The closet had no door and no hangers. The completely empty kitchen (no glasses, no silverware etc) was covered in scratches and stains. Truly, this was one of the most depressing hotels I've ever been to. I'd have walked out if I'd had any alternative. Terrible.

I loved the room with basic amenities, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The decor was comfortable and the staff were great!

The location was convenient, close to key attractions and easy to find. the check-in process was smooth and quick, with options to reserve online and a simple checkout procedure. the front desk staff was welcoming, friendly, and provided helpful information.

The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired; the bathrooms were not properly cleaned, appliances were outdated, and there were issues with the bathroom sink.

Had comfortable stay on a business trip with incredibly nice staff and fantastic location in a good area. Location: the hotel was so close to Boston and the Cape and Westborough at the end of July and concerts. Also, the property was 4 miles away from L'abri Fellowship Church.

Got assigned a brand-new, pretty spacious room. 🌟

Wending machine for drinks was empt. Why is there a kitchen in the room, when there is nothing like a glas, a cup/plate/bowl or cuttlery to be found ? Free Wi-Fi did not work. Under those circiumsyances way overprized. Rather pay more and get what is offered as standard.

I loved the clean room that had a comfortable queen-size bed and a fridge, and the location was excellent in a great area.

The location here is great, in the heart of town near shopping, restaurants, a hockey arena, and a large motel.

I had a very comfortable stay during my business trip. the staff was incredibly nice, and the room was spacious and had cooking equipment. the amenities like the flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and microwave were very convenient.

Great location! 🌟 It's in a nice area and super close to a pub and some awesome restaurants. the room I stayed in had a comfy queen-size bed that was just perfect. My sleep was amazing thanks to how cozy the bed was.

My stay was quite comfortable here. Services were excellent, and the location was favorable in a good area. the staff gave me a warm welcome and were very courteous and incredibly nice.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. the location was convenient, close to the Mass Pike and 495, making it easy to access. This no-frills place provided basic amenities. the room had a kitchenette with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, and vent over the stove. the bathroom had a shower bench for handicap accessibility.

One negative aspect was the lack of communication between the reservations counter and guests.

The hotel was mind-blowing! The room was SUPER clean and all the amenities worked perfectly. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, even during technical difficulties. The location was convenient with a jaw-dropping restaurant/bar within walking distance. The fact that they allowed pets for a small fee was a huge plus. my stay was absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend this hotel!
